Pirita Marina Sport Centre started with fitness group trainings. Some of them will take place outdoors, but mainly in the gymnastics hall next to the gym on 0-floor.

Come and  improve your skills in swimming, adjust the overall physical shape, improve the litheness and endurance.

  • It is mandatory to use indoor sports shoes.
  • For group trainings, please book it in advance at least 1 hour before the training session starts by e-mail sport@piritamarina.ee or at the swimming pool reception desk.
  • To cancel your reservation, please send an email to sport@piritamarina.ee at least 2 hours before the start of the exercise.
  • If you do not appear in group training, the booking will be counted as a used exercise.

Swimming

Perfectly suited for recreational athletes. Swimming is beneficial for health because it keeps the heart rate up, but takes the extra weight away from the body. Builds resilience and helps to keep the muscles toned.

Swimming is beneficial for the cardiovascular system and is suitable for amateurs.

Calorie burn: 200–400 kcal

Result: toned body

Running

Running training for an amateur runner. The training starts with a 15-minute warm-up that is followed by gymnastics and running exercises. The main part consists of running in sections or intervals. The training ends with stretching exercises.

Calorie burn: 400–600 kcal

Result: burns calories, therefore lowers body weight. Improves cardiovascular and mental health. Flushes toxins out of the body.

Stretching

Stretching helps to relax muscles and restore elasticity. Helps to avoid injuries. Perfectly suited after a workout in the gym, also for people who wish to improve their flexibility and joint mobility.

Result: consistent participation in training classes helps to maintain the mobility of joints and prevent injuries

Gymnastics

Gymnastics is a sport that develops physical strength, coordination, speed, flexibility and gracefulness. Suitable for all ages.

Crossfit – strength and endurance training

Diverse and comprehensive strength and endurance training that is based solely on functional exercises – exercises that copy the daily movement of people. Everyone can participate in this training – independent of their age, gender or prior fitness level. All exercises are applicable in accordance with the abilities and features of the person doing the exercises.

Result: develops muscle groups in the whole body

ABS360 – workout for abs

Muscle workout where the main focus is on training the back muscles, abs and glutes, but also a few other muscle groups are included to some extent. Major muscle groups are trained during the muscle workout. The class ends with stretching exercises.

Result: helps to maintain the corset of the body stronger

Duration: 45 min

Abs, back, glutes

Muscle workout where the main focus is on training the back muscles, abs and glutes, but also a few other muscle groups are included to some extent. Major muscle groups are trained during the muscle workout. The class ends with stretching exercises.
